What Is Your Refund Policy?

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products except for digital items where the item has been downloaded. It is therefore the policy of Crystal Software and in accordance with normal trade practice that we do not offer refunds in the case of digital or downloadable products. However if you are not happy with your digital, or downloadable product each case will be looked at on its own merits and discretion can and will be used as necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription during a trial period will mean access withdrawn from TBM that same day. 

If you decide to cancel a live fully paid subscription, access will be withdrawn when the next payment was scheduled.
