Split Bets

Split Bets allow us to place 2 bets over 2 markets. Similar to Each Way Betting.

Decide on the criteria as to when this will happen. Decide on the ratio to use.

Split Bets can only be placed when using Staking Plans that do NOT require the odds to be known in order to calculate the stakes.
